After traveling around the world, Charlotte Journo-Baur came back home to become the CEO and founder of her tech company, Wishibam, when she was only 25 years old. 

Charlotte graduated from one of the top French business schools, EM Lyon. She started her career as a strategy consultant in the retail practice of AT Kearney in Paris. 

Wishibam works with real estate companies, local authorities and retailers who want to increase profitably by using technology. Her platform helps retailers rethink the customer experience with a solution that brings the convenience of e-commerce and the complexity of their physical stores together. The French government has labeled the solution as necessary for retailers to recover post-Covid.

Charlotte is part of the French Forbes 30 under 30 and a member of the executive board in charge of communication and public relations at the French Prop Tech. She operates in five European countries and is expanding to other continents.
